Almakkah Travel is an independently owned and operated private company, maintaining no affiliations with any Governmental Agencies, including United States or foreign government offices and embassies. Consequently, Almakkah Travel assumes no responsibility for the granting or denial of necessary documents. Our role is exclusively that of a Booking Agent, facilitating arrangements for travelers by connecting them with third-party Service Providers, such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators, whose services and products comprise our travel packages. Through our Website and marketing materials, we provide information on various travel-related aspects, including destinations, airfares, travel agent locations, flight schedules, tours, packages, insurance options, and currency exchange rates, solely as a convenience to our customers. It is essential to recognize that by booking travel services, you are entering into separate contractual agreements with these Service Providers, each governed by their distinct terms and conditions, which may include limitations or exclusions of liability. We advise you to carefully review these terms and conditions provided by the Service Providers. Almakkah Travel disclaims any responsibility for information supplied or representations made by third parties, including Service Providers. To ensure accuracy, we recommend verifying all information displayed on or linked from our Website directly with the relevant Service Providers. Please note that prices, packages, tours, flights, and other details presented on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. Furthermore, post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by Service Providers or Governmental Agencies, including increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and foreign exchange fluctuations. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you grant consent for such post-purchase price increases and authorize Almakkah Travel to charge your credit card for additional amounts without requiring further consent or approval. All travel products and services offered on the Website are subject to availability. Importantly, documents issued to travelers, including visas, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour vouchers, are non-transferable. Almakkah Travel bears no responsibility for visa denials resulting from failure to meet consular or Hajj ministry requirements. Safety

Participating in Almakkah Travel’s packages involves inherent risks and dangers beyond our control, including, but not limited to, traveling in undeveloped areas, utilizing various transportation modes, exposure to forces of nature, political unrest, lawlessness, terrorism, accidents, or illnesses in remote regions with limited medical facilities or evacuation options. Almakkah Travel disclaims liability for access to or provision of medical care, adequacy of care rendered, or any losses, damage, death, injuries, or claims arising from or connected to your Almakkah Travel package. By participating in a package or optional excursions, you acknowledge that you will hold Almakkah Travel harmless regarding medical care access or provision. We will take reasonable measures to ensure safety, but you acknowledge and assume the risks.

Fitness and Health

Almakkah Travel’s tour packages involve physically demanding activities requiring a certain level of physical fitness. By participating, you warrant and represent that you are physically and mentally fit to travel and participate, including tolerating extreme desert heat, significant air pollution, and utilizing non-ADA compliant facilities. You must research package destinations and activities to determine your ability to participate fully. You certify that you have no physical, mental, medical, or emotional conditions that would endanger yourself or others. You hold Almakkah Travel harmless and agree that we shall have no liability regarding any portion of the tour you cannot participate in due to your health or fitness level. Almakkah Travel reserves the right to refuse service, passage, disembark, or confine any Guest whose condition or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others. If denied service, you agree that Almakkah Travel will not be liable for refunds, compensation, or damages, and disembarkation will be at your expense. You will indemnify Almakkah Travel for any related expenses.

Insurance

Almakkah Travel strongly advises purchasing comprehensive third-party insurance coverage to safeguard against unforeseen medical expenses, personal accidents, baggage loss, trip cancellations, or curtailments. In the event of medical treatment or other unforeseen contingencies, individuals are responsible for covering initial costs and subsequently seeking reimbursement from their insurance provider. To facilitate claims, you will be required to provide necessary documentation to the insurance company. It is essential to note that insurance policies often include specific exclusions, limiting coverage. To ensure effectiveness, insurance must be purchased and paid in full concurrently with booking. By purchasing travel services from Almakkah Travel, to the extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Almakkah Travel from all liability, costs, damages, claims, and expenses – including direct, indirect, special, and consequential losses or damages, whether due to negligence or otherwise – arising from baggage loss or any related incidents.

Reservation/Deposits/Fees

Almakkah Travel accepts payments via check, money order, or wire transfer. Please note that payment is considered made only upon receipt by Almakkah Travel. Credit card payments may be accepted, subject to a processing fee. Booking confirmation requires approval of your registration/application by Almakkah Travel, receipt of the deposit, and written confirmation from Almakkah Travel. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. Prices listed on the Website may be subject to special conditions; to confirm these conditions, please contact Almakkah Travel or the relevant Service Provider directly. It is essential to thoroughly review and verify your booking invoice for accuracy and completeness, and notify your travel agent or Almakkah Travel immediately of any discrepancies, as changes may not be possible later. Deposits secure reservations but do not guarantee prices. Additional fees imposed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Hajj and Umrah fees or ritual animal sacrifice costs, are not included in package prices and will be charged separately. Please be aware that Almakkah Travel reserves the right to reject or refuse any application for any reason, at any time prior to departure.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Almakkah Travel’s standard refund processing timeframe is approximately 14 days. To initiate a cancellation, customers must notify Almakkah Travel in writing at least 90 days prior to the scheduled travel date. Providing timely notification within this stipulated period enables Almakkah Travel to process refunds efficiently. In such cases, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the following charges: flights and hotel booking fees, as these costs are non-recoverable from suppliers, and a processing fee to cover administrative expenses necessary for maintaining operational efficiency. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method. However, failure to notify Almakkah Travel within the specified 90-day timeframe will result in forfeiture of the entire package cost. In such instances, Almakkah Travel will retain the total package price as compensation for the inability to recover the non-refundable components of the trip. This approach ensures fairness to all parties involved and allows Almakkah Travel to continue offering competitive packages without financial loss. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge the importance of adhering to the cancellation policy and accept the consequences of failing to provide timely notification. Please note that cancellation terms may vary based on the Service Provider’s terms and conditions, so we advise reviewing those as well. Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the Service Provider’s terms.
